By Chris Devonshire-Ellis  Turkmenistan Ministers have begun to develop a state program for the creation of Free Economic Zones (FEZ), with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Hojamyrat Geldimyradov discussing the concept with President Serdar Berdimuhamedov during a Turkmen government meeting this week.
The trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan increased by 12.7% from January through to November 2022, amounting to US$858.6 million, according to the Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
