Chris is an acknowledged expert in this field and has lectured on the Belt and Road at the University of Cambridge, Chatham House, Russia’s Higher School of Economics, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, as well as numerous other academic, government, and business institutions. He is the author of “China’s New Economic Silk Road”.
